Majority in Pakistan ekes out a meager existence below poverty line; illiterate, famished and emaciated they have neither education nor computers. Leaflet or wall chalking creates questions intending to initiate people from information recipient to information seeker but as they cannot seek on their own so questions create the desire and next wave of leaflets and wall chalking provide answers so to initiate the individuals from information seeker to opinion leader through indoctrination.

Almost all private channels have the pressure and desire to output more with less, therefore ‘ready-to-run segments’. Broadcasters shrink staff and meet successfully the continuous demand for news. People those are heavy consumer of TV news though know the most actually know less than people who are getting their news (propaganda) through news.
