For rumors to become accepted as fact by society it is important that people accepted by society as the credible people accept rumors as fact. Society as a whole cleaves to its core; to its immaterial culture that gives meaning to its practices. The   cerebral part   of the society is the custodian of its values:   its intellectual shield . Grafting values viewed by society either too exotic or pernicious on society is possible only by breaking through this shield. The lie or the lies against ‘The Truth’ can generate societal qualms required to prepare people to think of shedding the ‘The Truth’. Spring however cannot be too far behind if winter comes so even Lie travel halfway around the world while the truth is putting on its shoes,   truth ultimately catches it up; p
