Lived citizenship

Lived citizenship means how citizenship actually exists in people's social, political, and economic lives.

For example, two people may possess the same formal citizenship rights, but one may have:

much greater political influence;

greater economic resources;

greater social recognition;

greater ability to participate in public life.

Point is that formal legal equality and actual civic standing are not necessarily identical
