To understand why the conflict persists, one only needs to look at a timeline, not slogans.
The narrative that terrorism is a reaction to "occupation" completely falls apart when confronted with historical dates:
📌 1948-1967: Egypt occupies the Gaza Strip. There is no Israeli presence there. Yet, Palestinian Fedayeen terrorists consistently cross the border to murder Israeli civilians.
📌 1964: The PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) is founded. Its charter explicitly calls for the destruction of Israel - 3 full years 𝒃𝒆𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒆 Israel held a single inch of Gaza or the West Bank.
📌 2005: Israel completely withdraws from the Gaza Strip, uprooting thousands of Jews and leaving the territory with zero Israeli military or civilian presence. The response? Immediate and continuous rocket barrages targeting Israeli towns.
The bottom line is clear: The target has never been the lines on a map. The target has always been the existence of a Jewish nation.
