The only real problem the Israeli Arab community have is the high rate of murders within the community,

Most are gang crimes whilst less are family honour murders.

Our present government has failed in this area whilst the former government made in roads and reduced the crime rates.

In our upcoming government change I am sure more will done in this area.' My counter: The statement is false because violent crime is not the only problem for Arab citizens in Israel, and the high murder rate is deeply linked to systemic state discrimination and neglect.

Massive surge: Under the later government of Benjamin Netanyahu and National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir, murder numbers rose to unprecedented, record-high levels. Research from groups like the Taub Center shows that violent deaths increased drastically during this period.
