·       Elections create the illusion of choice; people reject candidates by substituting superficially different candidates.
·       One has blind following if the followers of his accept his opinion as their own.
 Political marketing through Totemism
·        In primitive societies, totems were representation of animals or other natural objects identified with particular subgroups, such as clan. Political marketing consultant applies this concept to politics; symbols constitute a code, a system of political meanings. Traditional totemism constructs a vast and dynamic scheme of thought by its systematic arrangement of meaningful differences in representation of natural objects. Totemic artifacts constitute a code; category of an individual is dictated by the possession of natural objects; goods stand as an object code in the market-industrial society for the signification and valuation of persons and symbols stand as the personality code in politics.
Each party has distinctive features and identification of individuals with these features/symbols gives the personality code for the valuation of one’s orientation. Political marketing crafts symbols, these symbols do not necessarily stand in intrinsic relation to philosophy of a party. Terms progressive, liberal are linked to a party and association of an individual with these symbols helps the valuations of that individual.
Fallacy
·        Theory that sometimes becomes nearly systematic but not necessarily is the theory that sometimes becomes necessarily systematic.
 Political marketing through theory

·        Every theory provides space where reasons are offered, examined, questioned, challenged, endorsed, rebutted or mediated. Political marketing consultant criticizes theory beyond that space and questions things those cannot be questioned and challenge that has to be unchallenged to prove that theory has zero space for rationality and thus is illogical; for example, questioning the core-status of prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) in Islam. Every religion is tied with context, multiple sources of authority and to culture in which it takes birth and grows. Political marketing consultant examines religion independently proves that contrary to claim that it is raised out of reasons, it goes beyond the reasons.
