Marketing is the host, Political advertising is conductor, political marketing through door in the face, PT Barnum effect, points to ponder

·       The arguments that persuading information is biased are not wrong if information aims at persuading people to do wrong things.

·        Political marketing is a pie, inside that there are slices of political advertising, media planning (that ensures Meta campaign, and management of news coverage), public relations, and debates and many more things. Political marketing prepares its product (idea or politician) for the market place (a consistency) by aligning the image of a politician with the interest of constituents.
Political marketing is the host and the master of ceremonies when it applies advertising formats in ads to market a candidate.
Political advertising is the conductor when public relation is the host
·        Political advertising is the conductor when public relation is the host in ceremonies held as the part of public relation to promote the cause or raise the funds for humanitarian concerns.
Political marketing through Door-in- the face 
·        Simple hearing the arguments makes them unacceptable if the message is outside the bounds of acceptance. Political marketing consultant breaks psychological reactance by taking more extreme position so that position that is expected to engender psychological reactance appear moderate and then slowly move to the moderate position, encouraging the increase of the edge of the latitude of acceptance.

Points to ponder 
·        When describing life in democratic countries, I am tempted to depict an image of a citizenry held captive by media that brain washes them.
·        Problem with using violence as the propaganda tool that it generates counter violence.
·        Propaganda exploits people’s desire for information; it flows unhindered in information vacuum; but in case people already have enough information, it must discredit first what is widely believed.
