A term to circumvent

Only coward does not die many times before his death; rather whoever treats every situation as a life-and-death matter.  Fight against those who fight against you in the way of Allah, but do not transgress, for Allah does not love transgressors.

Minimize cultural identity in perception of American culture

·        The term that replaces cultural imperialism may be on the horizon. A new term will be tailored to circumvent the simplistic active-passive, dominator-victim dualism. The term intends to minimize the role of cultural identity in choosing various avenues of acceptance, rejection, and alteration that audiences may choose when confronted with American culture.
