Prescience is dangerous

·       Writing about unstable moments is dangerous as what is true at the moment of writing may not be true at the moment of publication. Writing, however, is not dangerous if one refrains from being judgmental (predicts some one winner or loser or classifies someone as good or bad) because uprising if successful is called revolution, and if fail, then treason.

Pick out the difference if any

He is more consensus orientated as he more consultative.
He is more consultative as he is consensus orientated.

1)    Case histories illuminate attitude of different social groups. These attitudes, include, but are not confined to, attitudes, toward crime and law.
If above statement is true, then we can say or not the following:
Attitude that is confined toward crime and law includes other attitude.
Attitudes those include many attitudes are not confined to crime and law.
