He believes that there can never be a zero scope for improvement and appreciates criticism if it is not for the sake of criticism.

·       Wrong methods of assessment do wonder: they prove every right thing wrong and every wrong thing right.
·       Propagandist designs little in a way that audience fills much in a desired way.
·       Failure to prove is not always a proof of the absence of proof. It may be the proof of the absence of courage to produce proof.

THE GLOBAL VILLAGE
·        ....Fragmented, literate, and visual individualism is not possible in an electrically patterned and imploded society.
NO #Marshal #McLuhan No

·        Knowledge is quickly shared in a village because of the physical proximity, but since technology has straddled the globe, the barriers of time and space have fallen in the world; a thing happening in the particular place or to a particular group of people is quickly communicated to the rest through the speedy means of communication. McLuhan is right if he means that world is transformed in a global village because things are as quickly shared in the world as they are shared in a village but he says....Fragmented, literate, and visual individualism is not possible in an electrically patterned and imploded society. We must believe then that all programs (of various different channels) may be different in format but must be same in the substance; and we must believe as well that culture has no importance in identity-formation. The world is much more fragmented as there are ubiquitous channels peddling preferred shades of meaning, or the hue of opinions, marketing xenophobia, touting extremism and preaching gospel of hatred.
