Philosophy failed
because..Points to ponder

Conceived and worded
by DR Sohail Ansari (originality of concepts and originality of words).
He believes that there
can never be a zero scope for improvement and appreciates criticism if it is
not for the sake of criticism.
·
Philosopher is a man who knows that he cannot create
practically what he knows intellectually.
Philosophy failed because
of groups or groups failed because of philosophy.
·
The impression I acquire from different books
that no philosophy or religion ever failed; groups simply failed to live up to
their assigned role; they simply failed in their historical responsibility. Apologists
(of that philosophy) shopped around for another client group to represent; they
went for a heart-transplant; for example, replacing the proletariat with
another historical actor.
Two different philosophies can be right at the same time, if
they are not mutually exclusive, the statement ‘groups simply failed in their
historical responsibility’ even is a fact (they really failed) does not speak
anything of a philosophy unless reasons for failure are known; unless we know
that groups failed because of philosophy or philosophy failed because of
groups. Unless we know that all sincere efforts ended up in failure because
ideas were incapable of realization or philosophy failed because groups were
incapable of its realization. Heart transplant in former case is simply an
exercise in futility because philosophy really failed.
Points to ponder
·
Characteristic that is believed to be the
defining attribute of a philosopher is his will for resistance to established institutions
and authority in order to escape from conventional definition of social reality.
Philosopher does not cease to be philosopher if he does not engage in ways that
bring him into tension to culture; philosopher remains a philosopher if he finds
conventional definition rational and seeks ways for its further improvement or
application.
·
The government that fails to create practically
the conditions requisite for rational discourse always fails to ensure human liberation.
