Disciple in substance

By Prof Dr. Sohail Ansari
Conceived and worded by Prof DR Sohail Ansari (originality of concepts and originality of words).
He believes that there can never be a zero scope for improvement and appreciates criticism if it is not for the sake of criticism.
Disciple in substance
·         One can be disciple in form but not in substance until and unless he has the ability to reenact thought processes (of his intellectual leader) that does not originate with him.
When politics and state cease to be effective
·         Politics ceases to be effective when it ceases to adjust social tensions among adult factions and state ceases to be effective when it ceases to be reciprocity _ a net work of exchanged benefits and beliefs.
Leaders are paid to make people work

·         General should not be defined only by the will and skill to fight (leading by example). General can be defined by the skill to produce will and skill in soldiers to fight (without committing himself to battleground).  Soldiers are paid to fight, and general is paid to make them fight. In a similar way, leader either of team or an organization can be defined by the skill to ensure ‘all talent work in concert’. Leader cannot be leaders if he cannot get ‘all range of skills perform harmoniously’ so that ‘vital components of organization’ or team ‘are synchronized’.
