"The
Emperor's New Clothes" is a short tale by Hans Christian Andersen about two weavers
who promise an emperor a new suit of
clothes that is invisible to those who are unfit for their positions, stupid,
or incompetent. When the Emperor parades before his subjects in his new
clothes, no one dares to say that they don't see any suit of clothes until a
child cries out, "But he isn't wearing anything at all!" The tale has
been translated into over 100 languages.’’

·
Who is qualified to determine that thing is invisible but
existent or thing is non-existent therefore not visible? The whole story rests
on questionable assumption that only swindler are well-equipped to do so and
thus they are the only intelligent people as thing is visible to them.
One
even overlook this logical flaw, intelligence cannot be only determined by the
ability to perceive cloth. This can be one determinant but not the only determinant.
Cloth cannot
be seen (by fool), even we believe but cloth can be felt by him.
