‘Henry Ford:
It is not the
incompetent who destroy an organization. The incompetent never get into a
position to destroy it. It is those
who have achieved
something and want to rest on their achievements who are forever clogging
things up. To keep an industry pure, you have got to keep in perpetual ferment.

We live in the world where more is always better, change is always
good and progress is always good and desirable. If the knowledge is adequate to
the needs of students; teacher needs not to learn anymore and even he does, he
must not express it as students must not be distracted by superfluity. The belief
‘change is always good’ assumes that change is always for better. One must rest
on his achievements if he finds him incapable of doing something better than
what he has done so far. Incompetent never reaches into a position to destroy organization
if there is meritocracy; and even the most competent is at the helm, the
dedication, devotion of the ordinary worker give meaning to his commands.
