Logical reasoning is all the worse and all the good

Logical reasoning is worse if it stops….   

·        Logical reasoning is all the worse for the things beyond experience and all the good within the confines of science. It is worse because it stops the search for the ultimate reality of things those are real in themselves. It is good because it never stops the search for the things within the domain of senses.    

Culture is the antithesis   

·        ‘To western man, culture is the antithesis of nature; it implies the subjugation of nature in order to build a technological, man-made world in order to establish civilization’.

It could be explained in other way as well. Nature is to be unfettered so that West can practice hedonism as the philosophy to satiate licentiousness: the absolute gratification with no moral shackles. 

Fallacy of circular reasoning   

·        Circular reasoning is an attempt to support a statement by simply repeating the statement in different or stronger terms; for example: you should exercise because you should exercise; therefore you should obey me because you should obey.

(Exercise is good in any case but not obedience).

Students should come up with the examples of their own.
