Challenging fallacies

·       All foreign qualified administrators are good. If one is good then he must be foreign qualified and if not, then must not be so.

·       Only fool can believe in old axiom: ‘If people ever discover difficulties task entails they will never launch themselves on it’ because people despite difficulties launch themselves on tasks.

·       If this scholarship is for students those have passed grade 9 then students of grade 11 are eligible.   

·       First position can not be given to a boy as he has obtained below 80%; and first position has always gone before for above 80%.

·       Law states that male (member of) faculty must teach this subject; but court rules that college A does not violate the law despite female (member of) faculty (of college A ) teach this subject.

·       As dismissal without reason is illegal; therefore, every legal dismissal is justified.
